Approximate measurements:
The house sits on a separate base board which measures 96.5 ins x 20.25 ins. There is a strip of grass, stone path, along the front edge which is about 3 ins deep.
The house overall, including baseboard, measures approx. 60 ins high to highest points.
Each tower consists of four rooms which each measure 14 ins wide x 14 ins deep. The two lower rooms of each tower are 12 ins high and the two upper rooms of each tower are 9 ins high.
The central stairwell area measures 12 ins wide x 13.5 ins deep and the two lower room areas are 12 ins high and the top room is 9 ins high.
To the left and right of the central stairwell area are the main reception rooms with smaller rooms above. These four main reception rooms each measure approx. 21.75 ins wide x 12 ins deep x 12 ins high. The two on the bottom floor also include the bay window area so extend to about 16 inches in part. (see photos). The smaller rooms above measure 9 inches high with two rooms at 12 inches wide and two rooms at 9.5 inches wide.
Thus - making 17 rooms in all plus the two hall/stairs areas.

This is a substantial dolls house with large rooms and plenty of scope to develop your mini fantasies!
Whilst this is a superb dolls house which is just crying out to be lavishly decorated and furnished - it must also be remembered that this is also a very large and heavy property and needs a solid piece of furniture to reside upon. (I currently have it on an old church cupboard).
